MEMORY-MAP EUROPE - RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Memory-Map, part of EVO Distribution Limited. If however you are dissatisfied with your goods for any reason, we will be pleased to offer an exchange or refund if the items are returned unused, unopened and in their original condition.
Returns within 30 days of delivery
You may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items will only be refunded if they are returned in their original product packaging in “as new” condition. Please take care to package your item securely as we cannot accept liability for damages in transit. The cost of the item will be refunded however your original shipping cost plus the cost of returning the goods are not eligible for refund. Please allow up to 28 days for a refund although in most instances, this will be much sooner once the returned goods have been received and checked. If you are returning goods to be exchanged for another item, delivery will not be charged on the new item. Please note that items that have been used or are not complete and in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that software cannot be refunded if the seal is broken.
Returning items after 30 days of delivery
Items returned after 30 days are non-refundable but may possibly be accepted for an exchange.
How to return an item
Please email returns@memory-map.co.uk to obtain instructions on how to return your goods and a Returns Authorisation Number. Please include the following details:
Your name
Your address
Your order reference
Items you wish to return
Reason for return
You will be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number and Returns Form which you should include with your returned goods along with a copy of your proof of purchase and details of where to send it.

Memory-Map Support will conduct a number of diagnostic tests. If a faulty unit is suspected then you will be issued a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and requested to return the GPS to the Repair Centre where the item will either be repaired or replaced.
Software and all other items excluding Adventurer GPS:

Memory-Map Support will conduct a number of diagnostic tests. If the error cannot be rectified, you will be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number and Returns Form with instructions to return the item where it will either be repaired or replaced.
Please note that software cannot be exchanged or returned once the seal has been broken on boxed products or downloaded from the Digital Map Shop. If you are uncertain, please download the Free Trial software from www.memory-map.co.uk/downloads.
We reserve the right to substitute an item for an equivalent or better product if the item proves to be unsuitable or is no longer available.

Warranty – Adventurer GPS
Your Adventurer GPS is warranted for one year from the date of purchase from all defects that occur with normal use. Within this period Memory-Map will repair or replace your GPS except for failures due to abnormal use, accident, unauthorised alteration or repairs.
You are responsible for ensuring your item is returned securely to the Repair Centre and will be liable for the shipping costs but not for the return delivery back to you. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
