Support - Technical Support  

Are you using the latest software version?
We find most software issues are fixed by downloading the latest software version.
From the Memory-Map toolbar click Web> Check for Updates... then simply follow the online instructions to get the update.

 
 
If you are using the latest version of Memory-Map and are still having difficulties please use the following checklist before contacting Memory-Map Technical Support:

1. Check that you are using the latest software version.

2. Check our FAQ's to see if there's an answer to your question.

3. If you are trying to connect a GPS please make sure your GPS is working (remember they don't work indoors!) and that you can see the NMEA data coming into your PC or Pocket PC.

4. If you are trying to load maps to a Pocket PC please make sure you have a working Microsoft ActiveSync connection before contacting Memory-Map Technical Support.

5. If you can't find an answer to your issue simply please contact technical support on support@memory-map.co.uk

We find most software issues are fixed by downloading the latest software version/Nous avons constaté que la majorité des problèmes logiciels sont résolus en téléchargeant la dernière version logicielle.
From the Memory-Map toolbar click Web> Check for Updates... then simply follow the online instructions to get the update/Depuis la barre d'outils Memory-Map, cliquez sur Internet > Vérifier les mises à jour .. puis suivez simplement les instructions en ligne pour obtenir la mise à jour.

 
If you are using the latest version of Memory-Map and are still having difficulties please use the following checklist before contacting Memory-Map Technical Support/Si vous utilisez la toute dernière version de Memory-Map et que vous rencontrez toujours des difficultés, procédez d'abord aux contrôles suivants avant de contacter l'Assistance Technique Memory-Map:

1. Check that you are using the latest software version/Vérifiez que vous disposez bien de la dernière version du logiciel.

2. Check our FAQ's to see if there's an answer to your question/Connectez-vous au FAQ's pour voir si vous trouvez la réponse à votre .

3. If you are trying to connect a GPS please make sure your GPS is working (remember they don't work indoors!) and that you can see the NMEA data coming into your PC or Pocket PC. Si vous essayez de connecter un GPS, assurez-vous que ce dernier fonctionne correctement (n'oubliez pas que les GPS ne fonctionnent pas en intérieur !) et que le transfert de données au format NMEA se fait correctement depuis votre PC ou Pocket PC.

4. If you are trying to load maps to a Pocket PC please make sure you have a working Microsoft ActiveSync connection before contacting Memory-Map Technical Support/Si vous essayez de charger des cartes sur un Pocket PC, assurez-vous que vous disposez d'une connexion fiable ActiveSync Microsoft avant de contacter l'Assistance Technique Memory-Map.
