 Gettting Support with Memory-Map Products
Step 1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Memory-Map. You can find this out by clicking Web > Check for Updates in your software. Alternatively, visit our downloads page.
Step 2) Check the Userguide section to see if an online userguide is available for the product you are using.
Step 3) Check our troubleshooting pages and new video guides for solutions to common questions with using Memory-Map products.
Step 4) Visit our support forum to see if other users have the answer to your problem or ask the Memory-Map community for help. The forum is overseen by Memory-Map support staff and contributed to by the Memory-Map community so you are sure of a quick answer.
Step 5) Contact Technical Support by e-mail at support@memory-map.co.uk or call 0844 811 0955 Mon-Fri 10am - 4pm.
Before calling please make sure you are in front of your PC and have details of any error messages given by the software if applicable.
Lines can be busy so you may find it more convienient to e-mail us. When e-mailing please provide as many details of the problem as possible and let us know the version of Memory-Map you are using. You can find this out by clicking Help > About in your software.
