I've read other posts but still have not found a solution to allow my Suunto X10 to work with Memory Map. I am running windows Vista, connected to COM2, program files are not set to read only. I have updated Memory Map to the latest version and I have the latest Sunnto X10 driver. Suunto's Trek Manager works with my watch and my watch is definitely connected to COM2 according to windows device manager. Message when I try to connect is 'Suunto X9: Failed to communicate with X9', has anyone got a solution?

What maps do you have?
Perhaps you could download the Memory-Map European Edition 5.4.2 software from here http://www.memory-map.co.uk/dl_mm_OS_V5.htm As this version is the very latest we have released here in Europe. If you must use 5.4.4 then I would suggest you contact the relevant Memory-Map office for the mapping you have.
