A port of MM to Android please!!

Another Desire owner wanting a port to Android.....

I have kept my old PDA just for MM now - really want to get rid of it...

Come on guys, there are more android phones being sold than iPhones now....

Work has begun on an Android version of Memory-Map, but we are unable to commit to a release data at present. When we have more information about the release we will update this thread with the info.

Another user that is considering alternative map systems due to the lack of android support.
I'd suggest you get a move on, there are a lot of good systems out there. A lot of which that aren't crippled by DRM like your maps seem to be.

Please add me too. I've just discovered the wonders of Android, but no MM! I'd like to stick with MM, but competition is beckoning. The sooner I can drop my Pocket PC device the better.

I will be replacing my Touch HD next year and MM is my number one app requirement. I do not want a phone for dummies, so the choice was basically limited to a Touch HD2, which is poorly supported by MM.

This means I can now get an HTC Desire. Thanks.
