I downloaded the ipad app today (it seems the app is no longer free but £4.99) and tried to download aviation maps in the UK through the digital map store accessed through the ipad but no aviation maps were available. I then went to the website to order them there because the ipad app said more premium apps were available online. I bought the CAA map I wanted but I have now realised it is the CD version. It has been a very infuriating process - the ipad app map store is very incomplete and the website very unclear. I emailed memory-map within 5mins of placing my order to cancel it so hopefully that goes through. Can someone help explain how I download aviation maps to my ipad digitally, not via CD?
