Unable to gain access to credits i purchased on iPhone

I can't get acces to the credits I purchased on my iPhone.
Product: 2012 - Mobile only OS 1:25k Explorer GB map credit 750sqkm.
Why is this ?
I don't think this app is fit for purpose now and I'm contacting trading standards.
I've spent alot of money on maps from MM. You can't just change your system and leave all your old customers hanging with software that doesn't work.

I'll be after a full refund and will be speaking to trading standards today.

You purchased 2012 credits, but are activating the older maps on the device. If you use the link below, it will ensure you are opening the proper map on the iPhone. Your credits will work just fine.

My old maps won't run with the new maps, I want to be able to buy more maps which will run along side and seamlessly with the old maps. Can this actually occur?
