Was the Download / Memory-Map folder already there when you copied the maps (i.e. created when you installed the app)? Are these older QCT maps or newer (QCT/QC3 maps, in which case both files need to be copied)? The best way to tell is to look at the size of the QCT map on the PC. If it is about 18kb in size, there should be an associated QC3 file that needs to be copied as well.

The BSB charts cannot be read by the mobile versions of the program. When you load the BSB files to the PC, it creates a QCT version of the chart. (This QCT file would be in the folder defined under MAP > MAP LIST > REFRESH MAP LIST > MAP FOLDER.) The converted QCT version is the file you need to copy to the mobile device. If you find files in the folder that are only a few KB in size, it means the map was added to the list, but not loaded (and, therefore, not converted). For those maps, open on the PC (which will create the converted file) and then copy over.

You should now be able to activate (without purchase). You had double licenses on one device (most likely from migration).
