Ok Memory-Map. I fully understand you are at the mercy of Apple here. But do the decent thing - remove the links to the app store from your home page
http://www.memory-map.co.uk/iphone/ and add a note explaining what the problem is.
For days I was trying the links and thought I was doing something wrong. Imagine my frustration when I found out I was not and that the problem is actually the fact your app does not comply with Apple's policies.
Regardless of where you say the blame is, you have a duty to your customers. If trains are cancelled because of the snow, the train companies don't tell you to talk to God to find out what is happening even though he caused the snow! You need to communicate the situation to your customers and explain exactly what you are doing to remedy the situation.
Now is not the time to bury your head in the sand and believe you are not responsible for the service your customers receive.
It would be good to get a response to this message as I see there has been no formal communication for some time now.
Many Thanks
