My license for resource GPS feature has not been activated (Adventurer 2800). How do I licence resource?

Connect the ADV2800 to the PC as normal
Open Memory-MAp on the PC
Press HELP > LICENCE MANAGEMENT > SD CARD > GPS > ACTIVATE

When I click on SD card it comes up with the message:-

Insert the card into mobile device and run the software then move the card back to the PC and try again.

This means nothing to me!! More help needed.
