Just so I'm clear on this, you want us to supply you with instructions regarding how to send an email?

Creating a .GPX file in Memory-Map is very easy. The process is detailed within the Help File, however what you do is.....

1.) create the route as normal
2.) right click on the route and select save as
3.) give the file a name
4.) choose where to save the file
5.) change the file type entry to GPS eXchange Files (.GPX)
6.) press SAVE

I doubt that .MMO files will be supported by the Memory-Map iPhone and Android apps, due to the fact that .MMO is our own proprietry file format whereas .GPX is an open source industry standard file format.
As such this means that the apps can open .GPX data from a large number of sources, rather than just .MMO files created within specific versions of the Memory-Map PC software.

I strongly agree that GPX is the way to go.

Ideally I'd like to see GPX become the default format in MM for PC too (or at least an option to make it the default) so I don't have to change the "file type" in the open/save dialogue every time I export or import ...
