I remember a year or so ago news that we could use this for free from the DMS. On my Windows installation, I can still activate new areas.

Has this facility been withdrawn to new and/or mobile users as I don't see the option in my paid for iPad app?

Cheers
Tim

Due to a technical problem, we had to take it out of the DMS catalog. But the map files are still available for download.

You can copy the OS Streetview files from your PC to the iOS device via itunes file sharing. Once you have it open in the iphone, you can add new areas to it.

Or you can click this link on your iphone to open a fresh copy:
memmap://open?http://w2.memory-map.com/ ... ssv_gb.qct

Note, if you are using the Free version of the app, you will need to purchase a "Classic map compatibility" license to view the OS Streetview.

Thanks the link works!

On my Win laptop the OS Streetview file is 3.62 Gb so aside from using up a big percentage of my 64 Gb storage limit, I seem to recall there is a 2Gb limit on the file sharing utility? Fortunately none of my existing MM maps are that big and have managed to get them over OK.
