I am currently running MM on a Car PC and have a small keyboard to select map zoom in & out ( + & -), map scale in & out ( I & O), and move map (up down left right)

I am looking to buy an android 4.0 tablet which supports keyboards.

My question is does anyone know if the above characters, and any others, will control the Android memory map version from a USB connected keyboard?

On Android, zoom in and out by tapping the Android + / - buttons on the screen. If your tablet version doesn't have them, just pinch-zoom ala standard touchscreen procedures.

To move the map around in Android, simply tap-hold and drag. If you don't drag the big red position dot off the screen, the map will move under it. If you do move the dot off the screen, the map will remain stationary and the position dot will move until you do a "GPS Lock".

Thanks, but I am specifically looking for USB keyboard & mouse support for these functions which is supported in android 3.1.

In other words can Android MM be controlled from a keyboard and mouse like the PC version can?

There is not currently any keyboard support in the Android version.
