Hi,

I was bought one of these for Christmas and treated myself to £100 worth of DMS so I could download 1:25 areas particular for inland boating. However after struggling to work out how to do this two problems have arisen. It seems my credit is used each time I try and transfer a section of map, even though it's the same area I'm trying to transfer. Secondly the unit keeps hanging when trying to transfer land with the result I'm left with a pixilated area which refuses to change even after trying 3 times to download the 1:25 map. All this time my sqkm bank is being depleted.

Can someone please advise what I'm doing wrong and if it's true that I can spend £100 downloading the same area?

OK, so lack of response from MM on here suggests they are not interested in helping. Has anyone an email address or telephone number of someone at MM who can assist please? I'll try the more direct route.
