Where is the iPad/iPhone app in iTunes store. It's not there

This is a technical issue with the iTunes store. We are working to resolve this and it should be back soon.

Please can you update us as to when we might reasonably expect to be able to download the App from iTunes following its mysterious dissapearance?
Is this a genuine technical hiccup that will be fixed quickly, or a serious issue between Memory Map and iTunes, that would render my upgrade DVD of Great Britain (which arrived in the post yesterday) utterly useless?
Apologies if I sound unduly pessimistic, but but I hope that you understand my concern.

No, this is not an "issue" between Memory-Map and Apple. We are at the mercy of Apple for the timeframe as to when this will be corrected (as we are a small fish in a VERY large pond). The app will be available, but it may be a few days. This does not affect anyone with the app currently installed.

When did you relies there was a problem. I have deleted my app from my iPad as part of general house keeping. Went to re download the apps I want and it's gone.

Memory map are you telling my contract is not with apple I have paid for a service with good hard cash to memory map . If what you say is tru then how about posting information on your web site to that effect. Apple never like bad press so if the issue is with them, then it will make them sit up

I don't want to ask for a refund.

As we would like to continue to enjoy a good working relationship with Apple, it would not be in our interest to give them bad press.

Please. Memory map please sort this out. I am waiting for the App to return and I am sure I am not the only one. Please explain what the problem is.

I as another user recently purchasing the product to work not only on my computer but mainly for my iphone. At the moment im regarding it as a complete waste of money. I have checked these forums for over a week now and STILL nothing has been resolved. Sorry to sound derogatory but this is utter pathetic. No information has been provided that a previous user asked to find out what is going on.

So sounds like the relationship between Memory-Maps and Apple is fantastic...
