I purchased the ‘full paid’ version of Memory Maps for the iPhone (version 1.5.4) so I could use 2 old maps (both .qct) I purchased some while ago but one of map keeps asking for connection to get license the other doesn’t, what can I check?

Can you tell me what resource it is asking to activate? Also, can you tell me specifically what maps you are trying to open?

The qct maps from this site apparently do not work there is a free Droitwich map which perhaps you could download and let me know why the purchase of memory map, which used to work well in it's previous version now won't import such maps as the initial poster states.

I would be grateful to hear memory maps version of this issue with the iPhone and iPad apps? Hopefully with a resolution.

The free Droitwich Canals maps can be downloaded at http://www.waterwayroutes.co.uk/wr/maps_droit.html. Other canal maps can be downloaded for a few pounds each. I am happy to supply additional maps from our range to the Memory Map team for the purposes of testing.

Some iPhone users have been reporting that the maps load correctly. Others, which seem to be those with newer versions of your App, report that, when trying to load one of our maps, they are unable to do so.

Our maps clearly meet that criteria so why can't these customers load our maps?

Specifically – what should I tell the customers who get the error message above to fix the problem.

I have reverted back to previous version of Memory-Map 1.4.3 and they now all work fine (including the sample "The free Droitwich Canals maps").

Also I had lost my user ID and the 'Forgotten' button has disappeared from the login screen in app so was getting nowhere but older version has the button and now have the info.

This my problem also, all was fine untill I loaded the latest update.

How do I get a License if I need one. The maps (from memory map) are on the device uploaded previously and used to work well. Now it just keeps coming up with the above when I click on them.

We are looking into this. The maps on the iPhone would normally require the Import Maps license since they are not produced by us. There was a bug in the original iPhone app which allowed some non-encrypted maps to be used without the license.

How do I revert back? Thanks

When will you have a fix as my memory map is useless without being able to get the maps on the device.

I hoard my data and found it in a old back up. Now I have to make sure its not updated in iTunes.
