I have lost my caa MAPs on my iPhone when I up-dated on my mac pro PC how do I get my caa charts back?

I do not show any map licenses under this account. Is it possible you have more than one account?

I have downloaded the software for the latest version from V5. and then bought the Package "add import 3rd party maps features (1 device - any platform licence). This I thought would activate both the "Memory - Map European Edition" on my PC and also on my iPhone with no luck. I try to sign in on the License Information Box but the "Activate" button is not coming live. Please help.

I HAVE ALSO TRYED TO REGISTER THE SERIAL NUMBERS OF THE PRODUCTS I HAVE BOUGHT ON THE REGISTER PRODUCTS BUTTON AND IT TELLS ME "The old-style serial number is invalid, or has already been converted to a new-style license.
To use the license, you must sign into the account into which the serial number was converted." HELP M'I PULLING MY HAIR OUT!!!

When you go to the License Information box, click on the Import 3rd Party Maps and then you should be able to click ACTIVATE. As the description indicates, the license is for "1 device". You will be able to activate the resources on the PC or the iPhone, but not both.

I have registered your other serial number. (One was already registered to this account.) You now have the Import 3rd Party Maps feature for two more devices.

Sorry to be a pain, how do I Import 3rd Party Maps on to my iphone. I have tryed by clicking the right arrow on the map screen going to settings, Map Licenses, Sign In, put in my User name and Passeord and it goes back to the log page. What is the problem?

If you load a map that requires it, you will be asked to activate the resource. If you already have it in your account, you simply need to click the ACTIVATE button.
