Just carried out a survey on support given by memorymap over the last couple of weeks.
Iphone Queries last 10 answered without problem.
Android Queries last 10 answered without problem.
Adventurer 2800, none of the last 10 answered, including emails
Adventurer 3500 none of the last 10 answered, including emails.

Now, i don't know what that tells you adventurer owners, but it certainly tells me your now on your own.
I have never dealt with such an unprofessional organisation in all my years of industry, they have a product which on the whole works well, (some may have different views), but have totally abandoned it.
So after many years of support i will now look for another platform to satisfy my hobby, but i will look in too see if things change, but i'm not holding my breath
