 Post subject: Using with extended battery pack

Do I have to remove the battery pack each time I need to connect to the pc ? I have tried connecting via the USB socket on the battery pack but does not seem to bring up the Mass Storage Device screen when doing this.

So long as the extended battery switch is on (away from mini usb socket), the 2800 should connect when the 'usb mass storage' button is pressed on the 2800 screen. Note that when the extended battery is switched on, this screen appears whether the USB lead is connected or not.

Thanks..Guess what ? I had not switched the battery pack on. Missed the little switch ! All OK now.
