I have just purchased an EU SatNav card for my 2800 (from an online outdoor equipment store). However, the micro SD card supplied is completely empty - not a single file on it. When I explore the card, I see 3.68GB free of 3.68GB total.

There is a CD also supplied, but this only appears to have an application to download speed camera data. The manual supplied on the CD relates to a Snooper Sapphire plus, so there is nothing specific regarding using the SatNav on a 2800.

Am I missing something obvious, or have I been sent a faulty card? :cry:

Tha saga continues. The original 4GB Sat Nav card supplied was confirmed to be blank and has been promptly replaced. However, it has been replaced with a 2GB card, despite the Memory-Map packaging stating that inside the box is a "pre-loaded 4GB micro SD card with Sat Nav and Memory-Map Software".

Can someone from Technical Support confirm that I should have Memory-Map software also on the card. (Of course, there is not enough free space on a 2GB card for it to be loaded on anyway).

It looks like I'll be returning the card for a second time :cry:
