Windows CE Mobile device issue with DMS

Hi there, hope i've picked the correct forum!

I have a proprietary PND running Windows CE and the latest version of MM on my PC.

Have managed to get the PND to work on the Hema build for MM and CE but for some reason it won't open any maps that i have purchased from the DMS. I have activated licences etc all fine.

There was a brief message about encrypted files but it was gone before i could write it down.

Any help will be appreciated.
