Hi I have a Road Angel Navigator 7000 and have recently purchased the new MM 2012 maps of Britain. When I try to run exported map data on my RA 7000 I get an "incompatible version " error. I guess I need to update the MM software on the card - how do I go about doing this?

I have managed to update my SD card and import OS 2012 map data. However I have been unable to export any routes or tracks as I get an error message on my RA 7000 , " Encoutered a sharing violation whilst accessing memory map MMO". I am using the same procedure as I have for several years i.e using MS active sync and the Mobile Device export data routine. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I was expecting Support to help on this one.

If you've tried all permutations of closing/opening MM on PC and RoadAngel and used "safely remove..." on the PC, etc., then the only thing I can suggest is to copy (to PC) any .MMO files that you can find on the RA and then delete them all on the RA.
