 Post subject: Activation of qc3 on new iPad

I want to activate a French aviation chart qc3 file on my new iPad that was on my old one.
However, I don't have any points so do I have to buy the chart again? I have reverted the old iPad to its factory settings.

No. You do not have to buy again. Go to this LINK, log into your account and migrate the license from the old iPad to the new iPad.
