I've just received GB 1:50000 OS Landranger mapping & I've followed the installation instructions, loading to my C: drive, but the maps all have a red x beside them in the Map List. In Help>License Management, it says status of OS 25k Explorer and OS 50k Landranger is "None, No expiration" and for 1:10000 Streetview it says "No licence". When I select OS 50k Landranger fom the Map List, all I get are grid markers but no mapping.
There doesn't seem to be any instructions on how to get the mapping on screen. Can you help please?

Please go to MAP > DIGITAL MAP SHOP and ensure the AUTOMATIC DOWNLOAD option is selected. Does this correct the problem?

Mapping loads but pixellated

If you go to MAP > DIGITAL MAP SHOP > ACTIVATE VISIBLE MAP, does this correct the problem?

Mapping ok now thanks.
Pity about the poor instructions with the cd!!
