I have been using Memory Map happily (up until about a week ago) with no problems. I have upgraded to the latest release, am using the same computer as normal, etc etc

Today, when trying to run Memory Map, instead of just launching the sofware, it tried to reinstall it - but then halfway through stopped with a message:

"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK or try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'keep_Memory-Map-Europe-eng.msi' in the box below."

I have searched everywhere, and even put the original installation disk in the CD drive, but still it refuses to install this.

What do I do ?

I also have this problem after one of my login (to my PC) ids went toes up. The .msi file does not exist on any of my had drives or on the installation CD. Do I have to uninstall and reinstall fom the CD or the url you gave in February.

Ooops I forgot to ask if the uninstall will remove all my routes, overlays and waymarker informations. If so, can I either save them or copy them back from a back up when I've installed the app again.

I also have problems on Win 7 64 bit. I have Mem Map European ed v5.4.2 which runs ok when I log in as administrator, but if I log in as a user I get an error asking where is keep_memory-map_europe-eng.msi. I cannot find this anywhere on my PC even when logged in as admin!

I tried running the fix posted above (memory-map-europe-eng.msi) but that gives me a network error which is strange as this is a stand alone PC. Can anyone help with this please?
