I've just installed Memory-Map European Edition 5.4.2. I went to the License Management tool and created a new account. Instead of prompting for the license key that came with this version I got a message that it imported the old license from M-M 2004 (which I do have a valid license for). I was able to activate the GPS Features, Printing, and Import 3rd Party Maps but OS Landranger 1:50,000 fails to activate and the status says 'None, No expiration'. When I look at the Map List the map called DMS-GB OS 1:50,000 has a red X next to it. When I try to load it I just get a white background with a green outline of the country. What's gone wrong?

kferr,

Have you actually downloaded any DMS OS 1:50K mapping or are you using older disk based 1:50K mapping?
If it is the latter, then you will have another entry within your map list for your map. This will not display a tick or cross.

Thanks

I didn't download it, it came on the Memory Map CD that came with the Adventurer 2800. It's in D:\DMS\GB on the CD and got copied to C:\Maps_v5\DMS\GB during the install.

kferr,

The maps with crosses next to them are Digital Map Shop maps.
You will have the National Parks listed within your map list.

Thanks
