Hi, new to this forum. Just purchased a second hand 3500. It came 'as new' with a full set of GB OS 2012 maps on SD card, but no Serial Number for the PC disc activation. I want to check just what I've bought before proceeding or sending it back. Can the Maps which are listed on the SD card as licensed, be activated by loading the PC software and using the 'HELP-License management-SD card' route, reading the help text it seems that this should work but locking the license to the SD card, which would be OK, but would I then get printing facility, this on the PC says activation required and asks for serial number which I haven't got!

You can purchase a licence for the product if you wish. This is at a cost of £99 and is available via our sales team.
This licence will give you the ability to activate the OS 1:50K GB 2012 mapping, Printing, and GPS on up to 5 devices that you own.

Correct.
You will need to purchase the licence in order to activate GPS, Printing, and the OS 1:50K 2012 map on your PC.
