 Post subject: Memory map 2004 to Garmin forerunner 305

Help, all very new to this. How do i transfer Memory map 2004 routes to Garmin forerunner 305? The GPS showing the position on the map, therfore it seems to be connected correctly.

rswo,

As far as I am aware you can only send tracks to the forerunner 305.
As such create a track as normal, then right click on it and select SEND TO GPS
