Help ! My new Memory-Map is stuck on a calibration test. This is from brand new and unused. All I did was charge it up and switch it on. It just repeats the calibration test over and over again. I can't turn it off. I have to remove the battery. I have tried removing and replacing both the battery and the memory card. Regards, Adrian

Well have a look in the instructions. But from memory, there is a tiny hole at the bottom of the unit. You push a straightened out paper clip or similar up the hole and hold it there for a few seconds.

Thanks, that worked and I've got to the starter screen but the power on slide doesn't function and after 10 seconds turns itself off. Any ideas ?

You sometimes need to do a re-set 2 or 3 times. Also, I suppose the battery has not got low.
