I have Memory Map on an HTC HD2 running on Windows Mobile 6.1. I originally purchased the London A-Z package (2008) on CD and ran a copy on my pc and phone. I then purchased the 2010 version of that map and installed it to my Pc. I sent a copy to the mobile. However when I view the new map on the mobile device it keeps connecting to the internet to activate visible portions of the map. Is there a way of activating the complete map?

There are 2 ways to acheive this. They are.....

Connect the HD2 to the PC as normal
Open Memory-Map on the PC
Press MOBILE DEVICE > LICENCE MANAGEMENT ON MOBILE > A-Z > ACTIVATE

or

Connect the HD2 to the PC as normal
Open Memory-Map on the PC
Press MOBILE DEVICE > LICENCE MANAGEMENT ON MOBILE > SD CARD > A-Z > ACTIVATE

When i click "Activate", nothing appears to happen. Also I have no SD card option.

I have now performed a hard reset on my HD2 and reinstalled memory map. For simplicity I have installed both program and maps to the phone's internal memory. I am still not getting the complete maps to display. Parts are blank or pixilated.

I would be most grateful for your help.
