Mapping to samsung

Hi
I am still having problems sorting out how to get maps onto my samsung ace 2 as i am very new to this modern technoligy is it possible to get a step by step guide to putting maps on my phones plus if there is anybody in the Liverpool /Merseyside area i could see to help me with this problem

Can you tell me what maps you are trying to use? If these are maps you have on a PC, you can copy the map files to the phone. When you install the app, it will create a folder in "external storage" (which may be an SD card or part of internal memory, depending on the device). The folder is download / Memory-Map. Copy the map files to this folder.

If you are using maps from the Digital Map Shop (download), when you open the app, it should open a basemap for your area. Move the map to the area you want and go to MAPS > MORE MAPS > DIGITAL MAP SHOP, then click MAP TYPES and select all. You will be shown a list of maps covering the area shown on the screen. It will sort the list by increasing detail. (More detailed maps as you move down the list.)

If the advice in Loading Your Existing Maps isn't working for you, can you tell us what it is that doesn't work?
