Just purchased a Snooper Venturer S7000 with Memory Maps from Capitol Stores. Received on the 20th June 2012.

The DVD Installation Guide will not load on my HP G62 Notebook computer running Windows 7. The disc just whirrs for a minute whilst trying to be read and then stops. I opened windows explorer and clicked on my DVD drive and the disc just ejects. Needless to say I have tried time and time again with the same result. I have checked my DVD drive by loading other software on different DVDs and the drive works fine.

I have contacted Memory Support by email and was advised to send them the disc with proof of purchase which I did. Three days later (today) I received the same DVD back. No cover note explaining what is wrong. It still wont load on my computer.

What do you suggest I do now?

They sent you the same disc back? I am not familiar with the S7000, but I would guess the installation disc is for the PC version of the program. Can you download this from the UK website? There is a link for download on the left side of the home page.
