I have the full suite of UK maps loaded on my computer (fully paid up and registered).
I then purchased several of your walking and cycling cds and the accompanying maps appear to have been loaded automatically (despite the full UK suite already being present).
Worse still, the temporary licences on these maps have now expired and I am denied access to my fully paid up and registered UK maps.
Please help.

Regards

Alan Sharpe

On the PC got to you MAPS_V5 folder (this is on the root of your C: drive) and tell us exactly what folders and files are present. We will then be able to advise you as to which items to delete in order to get you back up and running.

Thanks
