Just updated software as haven't used my OS maps for 12 months due illness. It says i cant use maps with new software due OS licenece restrictions. How do I get software that I can use as i have hundreds of pounds of maps?

Hi,

What is the version number of the new software (v.5.4.x? in Help > About) and what is the date of your maps?

It sounds as if either you have installed the wrong (USA/World) software instead of the European Edition, or your maps are pre v5 (e.g. 2004).

Alan, I believe you are correct. It certainly sounds like this is the US version. You can get the European version at http://www.memory-map.co.uk
