Other than the DMS Europe Road Atlas, I am not aware of maps currently available for Ireland. Each map made available must be negotiated with the agency or entity responsible for those maps. Sometimes the costs or restrictions associated with such a contract make it unreasonable to provide those maps. I cannot speak specifically to the maps of Ireland, however. (Perhaps the UK office can better address this.)
