I tried to register my new Memory Map 2800 but the serial number was already registered by someone else and the memory card was missing. I presumed this was a return by someone that has been sent out again.

I received a replacement yesterday. I tried to register it today but when I put the serial number in I got the message - 'Another user has already registered this serial number'.

I have been in touch with the shop and they have no stock left! I really want to start using this - is there any way to get a new serial number? That way I don't have to wait for new stock to come in to bet yet another replacement??
