I've had Memory Map on a PC for several years, but I've just bought a new PC and installed it on that on.

I know find that Search/Find Place offers only the ability to search by name, and not to search by NGR/Lat-Long, etc, as it used to.

Guidance would be appreciated.

If you are using the latest version, at the bottom of the search box should be a FIND COORDINATES section.

If you go to HELP > ABOUT, what version does it show?

That may explain it. I am not sure about that version, but the latest versions (5.4.2 for UK / Europe, 5.4.4 for the rest of the world) do have this capability.

Many thanks for your interest.

You're quite right. I installed my original software. I've now updated it, and the grid reference/lat long search is back.
