you are using the latest version of Memory-Map Navigator and
are still having difficulties please use the following checklist
before contacting Memory-Map Technical Support:
1.
Check that you are using the latest software version.
2. Check the FAQs
to see if there's an answer to your question.
3. If you are trying to connect a GPS please make sure
your GPS is working (remember they don't work indoors!) and
that you can see NMEA data coming into your PC, Pocket PC
or Handheld PC. See GPS FAQs
for more help.
4. If you are trying to use a Pocket PC or Handheld
PC please make sure you have a working Microsoft ActiveSync
connection before contacting Memory-Map Technical Support.
