Are you using the latest software version?
We find most software issues are fixed by downloading the latest software version.
From the Memory-Map toolbar click Web > Check for updates to allow Memory-Map to check your version. You will need to be connected to the internet to download the latest update. Alternatively, visit the Technical Support - Downloads to download manually!

 
 
If you are using the latest version of Memory-Map Navigator and are still having difficulties please use the following checklist before contacting Memory-Map Technical Support:

1. Check that you are using the latest software version.

2. Check our Forum to see if there's an answer to your question.

3. If you are trying to connect a GPS please make sure your GPS is working (remember they don't work indoors!) and that you can see NMEA data coming into your PC, Pocket PC or Handheld PC. See the Forum for additional help.

4. If you are trying to use a Pocket PC or Handheld PC please make sure you have a working Microsoft ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center connection before contacting Memory-Map Technical Support.
