The article has been updated successfully.This message is caused by an incorrect COM port setting in Memory-Map, or a malfunctioning COM port in Windows. You may find if you receive this error that you are unable to change the COM port in Memory-Map, and in rare cases are unable to print or close Memory-Map down successfully.
To correct this problem please download the attachment below and follow the steps so you can reset the COM port setting in Memory-Map back to its default setting.
