	SUPPORT SPECIALIST ref: ISupp/W/0707 This role involves providing telephone, email and web based first line technical support for our digital mapping and GPS products. You'll be involved with testing and creating new products as well as dealing with incoming sales enquiries. You must have a good understanding of PC software, be able to work under your own initiative and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ideally you will have an interest in Outdoors, Cycling or Marine activities. INTERNAL SALES SPECIALIST ref: ISales/W/0707 This role involves handling end user and trade sales enquiries, lead generation and supporting the field sales team. In addition, you will provide a basic level of user support for our software and GPS products. The ideal candidate will possess drive and enthusiasm, excellent telephone and written communication skills, understand customer needs and have an interest in the Outdoors and/or cycling.

All roles require teamwork and flexibility as well as the ability to self-motivate and deliver high standards of work under tight deadlines.
